PARTS & SERVICE FOR OLDER PROTUNE PRODUCTS

Today our manufacturing is focused on our new single-drum Timp-Tuner™, Model TT-1E. Protune acoustic tuners (Models T-440 and M-440) and Timp-Tuner™ multi-drum systems (TTS-2I, 2E, 3I, 3E ....etc) are no longer manufactured. We can provide service and parts, as noted below, and also user instructions.

Protune Acoustic Tuners: Virtually all service on these rugged units has been replacement battery packs and battery chargers. These are available. Send in both the tuner and battery charger, and we will determine the service requirements and advise as to cost of repair. Approximate cost of battery replacement is $25 including return shipping and handling. Battery charger, if needed is $10 additional. An exact quote will be provided after we receive your unit, and all service must be prepaid.

Protune Timp-Tuner™ Systems: Replacement battery backs, AC Adapters, and most components (tuner display unit TT-3/5, mixer TT-M, and internal or external pickups) are available. For service, send in the core units (Display unit, Mixer, and AC adapter. We will advise as to service cost. Approximate cost of battery replacement is $25 including return shipping and handling. Battery charger, if needed is $10 additional. An exact quote will be provided after we receive your unit, and all service must be prepaid.
